Architectural Review
For properties where CFA jurisdication applies, including properties with CC&Rs, construction documents must be submitted to the CFA’s Architectural Review Committee prior to starting your project. Once plans are approved by the CFA and you have received all applicable building permits, your project may proceed. The Architectural Committee must also be notified of changes in your initial plans during the course of the project and the committee must approve all changes.
