Deed Restrictions
The CFA’s Deed Restrictions Committee serves to protect and enforce the Catalina Foothills deed restrictions, which run with the land in CFE Areas 5 and 6; and which are voluntarily executed by property owners in Areas 1-4. The committee investigates reported violations and works actively with property owners to remedy violations.
Legislation
The Catalina Foothills Association Legislative Committee exists to represent the interests of, and to provide regular communications to, CFA members located within Areas 1-9. The Legislative Committee is responsible for identifying legislative issues of importance to common interest communities in the specific jurisdiction of the committee. This includes local, regional, and statewide legislation.
Each legislative session presents new opportunities and challenges. Working through these issues can be difficult and volatile and takes a tremendous amount of dedication and willingness to work behind the scenes as well as in public forums. The CFA Legislative Committee will, from time to time, ask for the assistance of our membership and the community at large to either support or oppose specific legislation concerning the protection of homeowners.
Board Recruitment and Nomination
The CFA Board’s Nominating Committee solicits interest among Foothills community members to become members of the CFA Board. The committee recruits and nominates prospective board members throughout the year. If you are interested in serving on the CFA Board, contact the Nominating Committee by email.
